Social media posting featuring StateHouse locations, members, or activities is strictly forbidden. Our membership roster remains confidential, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. StateHouse operates with absolute discretion, ensuring your residence remains a protected sanctuary.

Yes. In addition to resident memberships at Figueroa Eight, StateHouse welcomes a select group of non-residents. These members gain curated, tier-based access to Figueroa Eight’s amenities—ranging from day-pass coworking to full 24/7 access with guest privileges. Amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, spa, sky lounges, fitness center, yoga studio, golf simulator lounge, culinary kitchen, coworking spaces, pet spa, concierge and more. All memberships include access to Office Hours coaching, curated events, and community programming. Applications are open by referral or direct inquiry.
